Description:

Enables admins to trace changes to application. This includes data entry audit (Forms and Journals), and artifact audit (such as Cube Views, Rules, Dashboards) which provides the ability to retrieve previous versions of the artifact. In addition, there is a Journals tool that enables migration of journals between applications, or roll-forward from prior period.

Provides audit efficiencies as admins don't need to scour through a huge volume of RPTA out-of-the-box reports to find the correct information. Enables a quick filtering and a way for recovery of artifacts. In addition, enables copying of journals across apps which is a known problem area in OneStream.
